Platform Productions is an award-winning television production company based in Manchester, specialising in high-quality documentaries.
Since its creation in 2009, the company has already made 2 big series for the BBC, the second of which, 'Tales from the National Parks' received great critical acclaim. We are currently working on a number of exciting projects for both the BBC and Channel 4.
The company was started by Richard Macer, who is well-respected in the television industry and has a reputation for making sensitive, thought-provoking, warm-hearted and intelligent documentaries.
